the staff were friendly and helpful, it was a relief.
The room felt quite small considering the price. I frequently visit another city and stay in bigger rooms for less money. the pillows are tall and firm, i wish there were more options. the sound isolation was poor, i could hear other rooms, it was disturbing.

the location is great. it sits right on the north station train hub. i walked to lots of places. breakfast is amazing and is a great deal. the price for good fresh food and lots of variety is $20. helpful staff were available.
the room air had some issues. i was able to change rooms.

the room has super fun amenities like an ipad. this ipad controls lights, blinds, temperature, and the tv. i ordered dinner and drinks from the room on the ipad. i ate in the living room on the fourth floor near the bar.

the staff is very helpful and attentive. i felt confused when i arrived because the front desk is almost self-service, but the staff helped me. everyone have a service spirit, and they helped me with all my requests.

The hotel is in the same building as the sports venue I visited. I got a nice welcome, and the staff was generally pleasant. The location is a big plus, very near subways and trains. Rooms have nice city views from higher floors.
The room is small for the price. The pillows are tall and firm. There wasn't a top sheet on the bed.

The breakfast offered a diverse and tasty selection. I especially enjoyed the eggs and potatoes. The hotel's location was excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions. The view from my room was quite nice. I appreciated this aspect very much.
The downstairs revolving doors were closed after a certain hour, inconvenient. I had to hope security was available to help with bags when waiting for a taxi. My room lacked water, a kettle, and tea bags. It was quite annoying to have to go downstairs to get hot water for tea in the morning.
