Elevators were notably slow. A long wait was common. The hotel seemed to be showing its age. Carpets in the hallways seemed dingy. The furniture was dated.
I was thrilled with the free parking. It made everything so much easier!!! The Scotia Square parking structure was convenient. The swimming pool was fantastic, and its proximity to everything downtown was a HUGE plus. I really appreciated the location!

The staff was very helpful. I really liked the restaurant food and the tasty dessert, especially the banana chocolate. the hotel is close to everything downtown, so it was easy to get around, though the elevators were sometimes slow! it was a charmed first visit here.

the hotel offered free parking in the parking garage this was connected directly to the hotel this proved convenient the location allowed easy access to many downtown attractions. the pool area offered a peaceful retreat the surroundings were relaxing. i found the staff very friendly and helpful they were responsive to requests.
i noticed the elevator wait times were sometimes a little long it meant planning my trips to allow a bit more time for travel within the building.

i found the restaurant offered a good experience the breakfast buffet included fresh fruit pastries and hot dishes prepared with local ingredients the coffee was consistently strong and flavorful i always started my day there.
I found the hotel offered free parking in the connected parking garage, and that was helpful. The breakfast at the restaurant was good. I appreciated that the hotel had EV charging in the parade. It made things simple. The staff was always available and ready to assist.
I thought the elevator wait times were long. Made moving around a little frustrating.
