I found the staff helpful. They answered all my questions with patience and grace. the room i stayed in featured a cozy seating area. the in-room coffee maker was a good addition, ensuring i started each morning just right.
i noticed some wear and tear on the bathroom fixtures, which could benefit from some attention.

the staff offered a warm welcome upon arrival and remained attentive throughout my stay. i especially appreciated the prompt response to my inquiries and requests. their professionalism made a significant difference.

The location was indeed central. The front desk staff provided helpful directions. The hotel connects to a restaurant open until 10 pm. Elevators were quick.

loud noises sharp pieces
the location was acceptable it was close to stores for food and restaurants
the ac did not work the room felt stuffy and the vent made loud noises i also decided to swim in the heated pool but the water was not warm sharp pieces dug into my feet along the floor
