friendly staff quality toiletries
the staff were really helpful and friendly. my room was very clean and i liked the generously sized quality toiletries they have.

easy access underground parking outdoor patio uncomfortable pillows worn carpet outdated curtains
The location was superb, providing easy access to local attractions. I found underground parking very accessible and convenient. I enjoyed drinks on the outdoor patio. It was lovely (a perfect way to unwind!).
The pillows were not comfortable for sleeping. They seemed to be made of chip foam. I noticed the carpet needed updating, and so did the curtains. The hotel seemed old and somewhat run down.

great location easy parking wonderful atmosphere
The location is fantastic near the gardens. it is also close to transportation and shopping. Parking was easy. the hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, we loved the place.
the reception desk staff seemed not very helpful.

convenient location and great service
excellent location public gardens helpful staff
i stayed a few nights and the location was excellent. public gardens were right across the street from the hotel. our room was a one-bedroom suite and we liked the extra space. the hotel was in a good location for my needs and the staff were very helpful.
the only elevator going down to the parking lot was jammed when i was trying to leave.

the hotel has a central location right next to the public garden. major points of interest like the citadel and the waterfront are within walking distance. several restaurants and shops are very close to the building.

charmed by the elegant stay
easy parking public garden downtown core delicious food
I really loved the location across from public gardens. Parking was easy. the staff treated me like family! they were professional and pleasant. the hotel is also close to the downtown core and hospitals. It allowed me to get to my business meetings easily. the food was yummy!

my executive suite was very clean with bright and roomy decor. it had a lovely desk to work at with wifi for my business needs. the bed was really good, though i overslept due to its comfort.

The business center was handy for me. I could print documents and access other services easily. the pedway connected to shops in park lane, very convenient on chilly days. parking was easy too.

The staff accommodated my request for no feather pillows because of allergies. they made up the room with bamboo pillows and hypoallergenic bedding. i was greeted with smiles every morning. Abel offered me an umbrella on rainy days.

cozy room cute staff room repair small room
The room was nicely appointed and cozy. It had everything i needed for a short stay. the staff were also cute and professional throughout my visit.
the room was small, but not really a big deal, we needed a lot more space. it was in need of repairs both in the room and bathroom, it was old and not well kept.
