The studio classic twin room was very spacious. it had a clean bathroom. the location was great, near many shops and restaurants! the staff were helpful. They spoke english very well.
the window had a dark membrane, it made the room very dark during the day.

The staff was very cute and helpful. Their English proficiency was high. The room was comfortable and impeccably clean. It was well-equipped too. I especially loved the shower experience ( extraordinary!).

i liked this hotel! the rooms are very clean and i found it very helpful that towels and toothbrushes are available on each floor. the central location is convenient for exploring. the staff speaks english fluently. breakfast at the sister hotel was a delicious perk, and luggage storage with individual keys ensured belongings are safe.
The bathroom sink area could be brighter. I noticed a stained lamp shade, and there was no knife or cutting mat in my room.

the staff provided immediate assistance with requests and were very helpful. they readily supplied an hdmi cable for temporary use, and they accommodated an early check-in. the personnel ensured a smooth experience.

the hotel features a spacious lounge with ample seating and a well-equipped fitness room. i found it super that i could easily get toiletries from the corridor. plus, daily trash removal maintained cleanliness well.
