Spacious and well located pods
spacious pod convenient storage daily beer
The theater pod i got was surprisingly big. I could actually stand up straight on the bed itself. Luggage storage was conveniently located under the pod. I liked the free beer they had in the lounge every day.
I wish there was a way to lock individual pods. This is only a minor concern. Cameras are placed everywhere to address safety though.

unprofessional staff freezing capsule
the bed was very comfortable and i slept perfectly because it was very quiet.
the check-in staff did not seem professional, i thought this set a bad tone. the vibe was also weird. i had expected a chilled, social atmosphere, but it was not that way at all. the capsule itself felt ok at first, but it was freezing at night.

cute atmosphere ample space comfortable bed clever design
The kitchen, co-working space, and lounge area created a cute atmosphere (i loved the free beer in the evening!). There was complementary tea and coffee available. The sleeping area was well-designed with ample space and many power outlets. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The 'pod' controls were cleverly designed and enhanced the experience. The bathroom facilities were clean and well-kept. I appreciated the shower products.
I thought the pricing structure was confusing.

The bed was quite comfortable. I enjoyed the projector for watching a movie after sightseeing. The staff members were nice and helpful. They answered all my questions.
