the room had great amenities like razors toothbrushes and a facial cleansing kit. the hotel provided pyjamas and slippers. there was a seven eleven next door to the hotel. the subway was only a short walk away.
the breakfast was not worth the price. the air conditioning was slow. i wanted to extend the checkout by one hour but the hotel policy did not allow it for free.

The staff at the front desk is attentive. They helped me ship my luggage to the airport. I used the hotel laundry service and it was very convenient. The hotel location is near many restaurants.

The hotel is close to a subway station and easy to access to Kyoto station. The hotel is near convenience stores and a shopping mall. I walked to Gion and Nishiki market from the hotel.

The hotel has a laundromat and it includes two tiny drum washer dryers. The TV in my room tracked the laundry status. The hotel provides luggage transportation services and prices were reasonable.

The staff speaks good English. The staff assisted with shipping luggage. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. The hotel held my luggage before check-in.

The hotel offered a cocktail hour at the lounge and it was fun. The lounge is DIY cocktails but the hotel gives me everything I needed. There are free snacks and drinks vouchers at the bar.
