the location was decent, near a station i guess.

my room was smaller than i expected, like a sardine can really. the transparent bathroom situation meant i had zero privacy, the sink area was out in the open too. it became a constant struggle to avoid awkward moments, i certainly did not enjoy it.

the location was convenient for transportation because buses and the train station were close by.

the shower flooded every time i showered, annoying. the toilet seat also lacked a warming function, which i really expected since we were in a suite. seriously, a cold toilet seat in this day and age is practically a crime.

Excellent Hotel with Great Location!

The breakfast had a good selection and a high standard of food in a lovely setting. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, and they quickly organized sending luggage ahead of my arrival in Osaka. As long as bags are dropped off by 11am, they arrive by the next morning. I really appreciated this service!

Unfortunately, housekeeping did not clean my cups, and they also did not put my shoes in order. I noticed plastic bottles were used. Sustainable alternatives would be great.

renovated rooms large rooms tasty breakfast

The rooms seems newly renovated. Hotel rooms is larger than usual Japanese hotel rooms. Breakfast is very tasty and HAS multiple choices, including traditional, European and Japanese options.
