excellent location and helpful staff
helpful staff spacious room complimentary pajamas
the front desk staff helped us get a taxi very quickly. the room was spacious, very clean, and quiet. i loved the complimentary pajamas they provide, a nice touch. hotel wifi was fast enough for streaming movies easily
Breakfast lacked variety. The bread and pastries seemed a bit dry, and items were not always replaced quickly. i had to clear my own table and put away cutlery, which i didn't really expect from a 4-star hotel during a vacation.

the room featured ample space and was kept impeccably clean. the twin beds were comfortable, and the soundproofing ensured a quiet environment! many amenities, which enhanced the overall stay.

the hotel offers diy laundry services at a very cheap rate, a bonus during my long trip. the location is very convenient, close to shopping streets and public transit options. a nice bar is also downstairs.

good size convenient location warm shower
the room was a good size , especially for japan. i appreciated the location, as i could walk to many shops and restaurants. the warm shower was also very nice.
the bakery outside was excellent , even better than the breakfast included.

The hotel is near the train station. Restaurants and shops are easily accessible. Taxis are available. The Gion district is within walking distance (it is a nice walk).

lovely stay in a central location
spacious room clean environment comfortable beds great location
I stayed in a twin room and it was quite spacious, especially considering japanese standards. cleanliness was definitely a highlight. Everything felt fresh. the beds were comfortable, and i liked the fluffy duvets. the location was great, close to shops and restaurants.
