onsen facility good location washing machine breakfast quality egg options sauna access

i enjoyed the onsen. men could use it during the morning. the location was good. it was near the subway and shopping gate. the hotel had a washing machine for self-use.

the breakfast wasn't nice. there was no fruit or bread. there were no extra eggs or proteins. we couldn't access the same day sauna and onsen.

dim lighting inconvenient design

the room design was odd with its black walls, and the dim lighting made it hard to see. i also found it inconvenient that there was no bin in the toilet? the check-in process felt redundant. i completed it on an ipad but still had to give my details to the staff.

The room was quite spacious. I suppose that was acceptable.

Check-in was only possible via a tablet, and it took much longer than expected. There was a problem scanning my passport, though a receptionist helped. the window in my room didn't open. It felt stuffy, and the ventilation kept switching off on its own, a real annoyance.

I found the hotel modern! I appreciated the complimentary daily drink at the DJ bar. This was a great touch. The hotel features both a steam sauna and different hot bath spas, with alternating days for men and women. I was also very grateful for the secure luggage storage.

The staff's English skills were limited, thus making communication a little difficult.
