helpful stafflong walkheavy luggage
The staff were kind. They answered questions prior to the visit. They were helpful when my friends and I needed something.
The room was quite small. I expected that given the price. It can be a long walk from the subway to the hotel, especially if you have heavy luggage. That was annoying.

lack of deskconfusing signage
I found the lack of a desk in the room quite inconvenient. I had to work , I needed a proper workspace. Using the bed or floor was not ideal. the signage within the hotel was confusing. It seemed like a maze trying to navigate between the lobby and my room. I often got lost, this added unnecessary stress to my trip.

japanese disheswestern optionson-site bath
The room had everything I needed. Breakfast offered a wide choice of Japanese dishes. Many western options existed too. The on-site bath provided a welcome relief after walking all day.
The laundry room had only two machines. It got quite busy at night. Waiting for a machine took time.
