totally awesome stay!
friendly staff spacious room tattoo patches
this hotel went beyond expectations. the staff was so friendly, they walked me to the lift. they greeted me with so much warmth. the room was super spacious and clean. i love the eco friendly cleaning option. the tattoo patches to use shared baths was such a great extra.
i was charged for early access even though my room was ready. it was only one hour early. it was a bummer because i had already paid.

the hotel is close to subway station. there are convenience stores nearby , made shopping easy. some landmarks were also on a short distance, so exploring was convenient.

welcome relief washing machine small room uncomfortable beds
the onsen offered a welcome relief after long days. the coin operated washing machine is a feature more hotels should have. it was very practical and helpful . i really used it.
my room felt small. the beds and pillows wasn't as comfortable i hoped for, i toss a lot. that said, the staff were lovely, and everything was super clean.

long walk heavy luggage
The staff were kind. They answered questions prior to the visit. They were helpful when my friends and I needed something.
The room was quite small. I expected that given the price. It can be a long walk from the subway to the hotel, especially if you have heavy luggage. That was annoying.

lack of desk confusing signage
I found the lack of a desk in the room quite inconvenient. I had to work , I needed a proper workspace. Using the bed or floor was not ideal. the signage within the hotel was confusing. It reminded me of a maze trying to navigate between the lobby and my room. I often got lost, this added unnecessary stress to my trip.

japanese dishes western options on-site bath
The room had everything I needed. Breakfast offered a wide choice of Japanese dishes. Many western options existed too. The on-site bath provided a welcome relief after walking all day.
The laundry room had only two machines. It got quite busy at night. Waiting for a machine took time.
