Really good Hotel Experience
comfortable suite modern equipment private hot tubs
I found a hidden gem for families. My family of four fit comfortably in the junior suite. This hotel opened in August 2024, so it features modern equipment. It also offers both public and private hot tubs. Reservations are needed for private use.
During breakfast, some employees displayed rudeness. One had a bad attitude, and another seemed confused with requests. The egg order took too long, and the breakfast menu remained unchanged daily, resulting in boredom.

The room included cleverly designed shelves with amenities. These included cutlery, plates, soy sauce dishes, wine glasses, and a bottle opener. A table and chairs were in the room. The AC worked well.

The staff provided really good service. They helped rearrange my stays when I was stuck in Tokyo due to the express line suspension. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. I felt really taken care of.

This hotel is near the subway. Good cafés, stores, restaurants and convenience stores are all close. A French bakery is across the street. Family Mart, Blue Bottle Coffee, and Starbucks are also nearby.

clean room comfortable bed
The location was perfect for reaching all the tourist spots, and the room was nice. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bath was amazing. I especially liked the hotel provided pyjamas (so thoughtful!).
The dinner menu at the restaurant could use a few more dishes.

A Serene and Stylish Oasis
attentive staff efficient machine language differences
The staff were attentive. they spoke English fluently. This helped accommodate any language differences. I had a room with a washing machine I used twice during my four-day stay. The machine was quiet and efficient, washing, and drying everything perfectly!

okay hotel stay
i thought the staff displayed attentiveness and kindness. that IS pretty good. the public spa was beautiful. the free coffee in the lobby was greatly appreciated. elevators are super fast, i really liked that.
the breakfast was terrible. there was so much food to chose from but none of it was good, oh my god. the employees who work the breakfast need better training. they were the rudest people i encountered on my trip.

The hotel has a central location near the subway. Good cafés and shops are in the surrounding area. The room included a great shower and a bathtub (i enjoyed it so much). There was also an area with washing machines and dryers.
Some employees at breakfast needed more training.

quiet location on-site spa
the hotel is new and in a fantastic location close to restaurants and transport. the room featured a tablet controlling room functions and a quiet washer and dryer unit. i enjoyed the on-site spa services and in-room massage. the staff were professional and efficient attending to requests promptly.
