great staff convenient location
The staff met my request for a room change without any hesitation. It was WONDERFUL. The location is convenient due to transportation options. I also found the public bath beneficial after a long day.

clean room cute staff
the staff were very cute, and my room was clean on arrival. it was a tidy room. we were near a subway station.
I experienced a very slight inconvenience. There was no body lotion provided in the room. i had to buy it at the nearby store.

amazing stay
friendly staff luggage service relaxing bath
the staff was super friendly. they held my luggage when i arrived early. the public bath is sooo nice after walking around all day!!!
