english reception perfect location calm hotel
the reception staff spoke english, they gave us great support. the location is perfect because is close to a market, a subway and some boutique shops. the hotel was calm and clean, its what i needed.

thoughtful design helpful staff
the hotel was great with its thoughtful design. the staff provided clear guidance, even helping move luggage when i changed rooms. the kitchen on the fourth floor was super clean and had music (i felt very comfortable there, even alone at night).
the room was poorly cleaned. if you look under the bed you will see cobwebs and dirt from the previous tenants. wi-fi in the room is terrible.

the staff was always helpful and smiling. they provided assistance with luggage and directions. the reception area had maps and brochures for local attractions.

the hotel has a cafe that offers breakfast and coffee. there are several restaurants located within a short walk of the hotel. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

calm vibe breakfasts self service coffee machine
The moderate quadruple room was really nice for a family. I especially adored how calm the vibe was and my stay felt really special. Breakfasts in the cafe was so good, with drinks.
The self service procedure was kind of hard. I had to register my passport, and I felt I needed help to register my self. I also missed a coffee machine in the room.

helpful staff excellent location equipped kitchen
I found the staff consistently helpful and kind. The hotel's location is excellent and allows easy access to nearby attractions. I especially appreciated the well-equipped shared kitchen with all essentials for preparing meals.
The in-room Wi-Fi signal was occasionally weak.
