separate toilet japanese dishes western dishes
Location was wonderful, near many shops. breakfast included many choices with both western and japanese dishes. my room had a separate toilet from the bathroom. This was very handy.
i thought the bedroom wasn't cleaned perfectly when i arrived at the hotel.

central location various food fresh fruit
The hotel sits near a street with many shops. I found the location excellent for exploring local stores. The breakfast had various foods to choose from. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit.

comfortable bed luggage delivery easy access
The location provided easy access to shops and restaurants. The room included a nice bathtub and a comfortable bed. The staff assisted with luggage delivery services. They were very helpful.

rude receptionists self-service machines
the hotel is right in the middle of the main area with many shops and restaurants very close by.
the female receptionists were rude during both check-in and check-out, really disappointing. they expected guests to use the self-service machines for everything. when i asked for help, they seemed condescending and unwilling to assist.
