gion gem, was excellent!!!
friendly staff clean room spacious room
the location was unbeatable!!! i easily walked to gion and nishiki market. the staff was very friendly and always ready to help, they even helped me arrange a taxi. the room was clean and spacious, it accommodated all my needs.
the hotel did not have a full restaurant on-site, but breakfast in the room was convenient.

Breakfast was served in my room with a choice of japanese or western options. I tried the japanese breakfast and it was delicious. they brought it right on time! the convenience was AMAZING!!!

the hotel has quick access to sanjo station, it is less than a minute away. this made getting around the city super easy! plus, the seven eleven nearby was convenient for quick snacks.

A GEM in the Gion District!
huge room river view next-level bathroom wonderful team
The room was HUGE for our family. We enjoyed the RIVER view. The bathroom was next level and had elements I did not expect.
I found the balcony lights stayed on until midnight. THUS you cannot open the curtains completely for privacy.

The staff was helpful and did not hesitate to assist me. The concierge staff were really nice with ideas of what to see and where to go, EVEN escorting me to excellent nearby restaurants. They ensured I wouldn't get lost.
