excellent location, great service
free drinks modern room
The hotel is near public transit and shopping. the staff was helpful, and i received free welcome drinks each day. That was a nice touch. i enjoyed the nice toiletries provided in my queen room. We loved that perk. the queen room was clean and modern, great.

luggage storage strong shower welcome drinks
i appreciated the locker access for luggage storage before check-in (very useful when arriving early). the shower was particularly good, with strong water pressure. the hotel provided welcome drink tokens for beverages such as beer and wine.
housekeeping did not consistently make the beds each day. i did find this surprising for a hotel of this standard.

the hotel is close to many sightseeing spots and shops. the proximity to the train station makes travel easy (check exit number for convenience). many nice restaurants are within walking distance.

staff assisted with storing luggage before check-in. the breakfast staff was very kind. the front desk offered assistance with requests as needed (but it is limited after check-out).

convenient location free welcome drinks small room aged hotel
i found the location very convenient the service was good. they offer free welcome drinks and i appreciated that very much. i received special service for celebrating my honeymoon and they gave us a room with a beautiful view. i am thankful for that.
the room was small even though i had a superior twin room. it was almost impossible to move around with two pieces of luggage. the entire hotel seems aged.

impressed experience
great location helpful staff secure onsen free drinks
The location was excellent. Shopping, the nishiki market, and downtown gion were within easy walking distance. staff were very engaging and helpful. The welcome drinks were a nice touch. the public onsen felt very secure, and the congestion status of the bath and laundry was helpful. free daily drinks in the bar were a good addition.
the wide windows do not open. only four clothes hangers were available. the small low table was not useful for eating or writing, and it was poorly lit by a bedside spotlight.

the room was well lit with natural light and included night-lights. it was large enough and contained a modern facility. sound proofing worked very well, a good point for a restful stay.

the staff were great too assist. they made the process of sending luggage ahead to the next hotel in osaka seamless. this proactive service was amazing. the breakfast is fantastic

the hotel features a music theme. the self-service laundry was convenient and reasonably priced. i found the staff helpful and friendly. welcome drinks were available upon check-in.
the room was a bit small, making it slightly difficult to move around with two carry-on bags.

small room late cleaner
Our room felt quite cramped, especially with luggage. There was hardly any space to move around once we opened our suitcases. The lack of storage was frustrating. We struggled to find places for our shoes and toiletries. I requested a quick clean but nobody came. The next day, a cleaner arrived late in the afternoon, while we were relaxing and getting ready for the evening. That was inconvenient.

The hotel has a very convenient location with many shops and places to eat nearby. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was nice with various options. The lounge was open all day and offered drinks.
The room was very small. It was difficult to move around with two carry-on bags. The bathroom was small too. I constantly banged my elbows.
