The staff was very cute, they even allowed an early check-in. The location is convenient (easy access to main attractions). Breakfast offered a great variety. The room featured a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom with a great shower.
The room lacked complimentary bottled water, it would have been a nice touch.

a stay is so gentle
historic building quiet neighborhood delicious breakfast
i found the building beautifully historic and i loved the quiet neighborhood it was in. i walked to the squares easily since it was so close by. the breakfast was abundant and delicious too.
the elevator was rather slow at times, but that was barely a bother.

The hotel's location was amazing Everything was easily walkable. The staff were helpful I got great recommendations for sights and times. Breakfast was excellent too It had many options I loved it
The air conditioning made noise It did not cool the room. I wished the room had been cooler I had difficulty sleeping well.

missing toiletries basic breakfast
the hotel was in a very central location, convenient for exploring.
the room lacked sufficient cooling, as the a/c seemed to only produce noise without lowering the temperature (it was quite warm). there were also no toiletries provided in the bathroom. i found the breakfast to be quite basic with limited taste.

Fantastic Hotel Stay!

I loved the excellent breakfast options it had a great variety. The hotel location was super convenient to many sights. The staff stored my luggage after checkout. This allowed me to explore the area a bit more without any inconvenience. I really appreciated that personal attention.
The carpet in my room needed a deep clean I saw a few visible stains. This was really off putting

The location was really good. it made getting around easy, and the room was quiet! the breakfast had many options. I liked the fresh pastries and fruit.
the air conditioning did not work well at all. the room got too warm, and i informed reception but nothing changed! the minibar was empty and didn't cool things.
