broken television limited breakfast
I had a couple of issues . The television in the room did not work , and despite reporting it multiple times to the reception , it was never fixed. Also , the breakfast selection lacked variety after the first morning . Certain items were no longer available and were not replenished , this was disappointing.

I LOVED that this hotel is so close to everything! The shops are nearby. Tourist spots are accessible. The food was good, too. Cafes and restaurants are also nearby.
The reception staff was not very friendly! It took ages for them to proceed. I had to fill so many papers for each member of the family, even KIDS. they could not explain properly that the hotel is divided and that we had to change lifts to get to the right place

amazing location helpful staff clean room
The location was amazing. Everything was within easy walking distance. the staff were very helpful when i needed to print some documents. i appreciated the room being quite comfortable and clean.
the air conditioning was not working (during very hot days). this.

the hotel features convenient luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out, which gave me flexibility (and peace of mind) when exploring the city. there is a functional business center for printing and other work-related tasks.

perfect location friendly staff easy walk good breakfast
i loved the perfect location. i walked to major sights easy. the staff were super friendly plus helpful. the railway station is close like 5 minutes. breakfast was good with many options i am very happy.
the room had a very small issue i found. the tv needed an extra box. not a big deal though!

i loved how close the hotel was to everything. the shopping areas were just a short walk away. several restaurants and bars surround the hotel, i could walk everywhere!
the room decor felt a little dated, though everything else was great!
