an adequate stay
convenient location nespresso machine helpful staff sewage smell pullout bed bad management
the location was definitely convenient. it was very close to the train station, made traveling easy. the room also had a nespresso machine and a mini fridge, i found these amenities useful. i also received a map upon arrival and staff showed me a few places to visit.
my bathroom consistently smelled of sewage. i booked what i thought was a two-room suite but it was only one room with a pullout bed. the management of the situation when the room card stopped working was not good. the cleaning lady reported the room was locked but no one checked until i arrived.

excellent stay near the station
stylish decor friendly staff
i stayed in a double room with a private bathroom. the room decor was stylish and thoughtful. the free breakfast had a nice variety of options (the pastries were a good surprise!). the staff was friendly and helpful.
the curtains in my room let in too much sunlight in the morning. it made it difficult to sleep past sunrise.

the hotel features modern amenities including complimentary tea and coffee in the rooms. plenty of power outlets are available for recharging electronics, and the wi-fi is fast and reliable. a kettle and coffee maker are also available in each room.

just okay, i suppose
shower situation terrible soundproofing
the location really is convenient to the train station. i was there for a quick overnight trip.
The shower situation was odd. i could not get the water temperature right. It was either scalding hot or freezing cold. it was not a pleasant experience at all. also, the soundproofing was terrible. I could hear everything happening in the hallway.

small bathroom unsafe exchange
the bathroom wasnt great, it felt kinda small. another problem i had was about changing money. i asked at the reception, but they dont do it. this was not very helpful, and i expect it a four stars hotel do offer you that, or at least, they can tell you a trusted and safe place nearby, not a random and probably unsafe money exchange. it should be standard.

lack of ac useless fan
I found there was no AC in my room. The staff said rooms lack AC. The only thing I had was a fan that didn't do much, so I couldn't sleep well.
