nice buffet central location spacious room strange position unfriendly staff zero engagement
THE breakfast offered a nice buffet. I found the location very central. My room was spacious and clean.
THE shower head had a strange position. Staff were not overly friendly at the front desk. I noticed ZERO customer engagement.

ideal location breakfast view breakfast variety separate annex no lift drain odour
the location was ideal, directly facing the astronomical clock. the breakfast at café mozart had a great view of the square and clock. the variety of local and international options at breakfast was good.
i stayed in an annex about five buildings away, this was a surprise. there was no lift, and my room was several flights of stairs up. the room had a bad odour from the drains, unpleasant.

Excellent Stay Near the Clock

diverse options helpful staff generous room
The breakfast buffet had diverse options. I particularly enjoyed the frankfurters. The staff were very helpful. Oda was especially attentive. Our room was generous and clean, I found it well kept.
The shower head in the bathroom was strangely positioned. It made standing difficult, potentially causing water spillage. A fixed shower head could improve the experience.

The hotel is directly across from the astronomical clock. This spot allows easy access to central areas. It is also within walking distance to many attractions, I found this positioning convenient for exploration.

The hotel features beautiful antique decor and clocks throughout the hotel. I appreciated this historic touch. A restaurant provides views of the Orloj astronomical clock, I thought it added a special ambiance to dining.

Central Location and Good Breakfast

great location good facilities comfortable bed
The location was great. It was right opposite the town hall. The apartment and room was large and had good facilities. I found the double bed very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice with clocks and a good selection.
To get to our room we had to climb two flights of stairs and then go down another two. It was a never-ending journey and affected the stay. I will not go back to this hotel.
