a heavenly haven!!!

unparalleled kindness good ritual easy exploration really good care
My dearest and i savored every moment here. the staff exhibited unparalleled kindness. Their assistance was invaluable. breakfast became a good ritual to begin our day, with countless options. the hotel's location allowed easy exploration, everything was nearby. christian's really good care. His attentiveness added magic to our time.
the coffee, while available, didn't quite capture the excellence present in every other aspect.

our room featured a very spacious layout, along with lovely furnishings. we found the bed comfortable. the presence of an immaculate, modern bathroom only added to the delight, offering a soaking tub.

water temperature poor noise insulation
Accessible everywhere and staff were VERY helpful, they would try their best to help.
THE shower had some issues. The water temperature fluctuated from cold to scalding without touching the controls. This, I REALLY did not enjoy it. The noise insulation was also poor, I could hear my neighbours whispering and showering.

The hotel offered complimentary coffee and tea all day. My room had wonderfully soft linens and was impeccably clean. The hotel location was more than perfect for accessing sights.
The coffee from the pot was a bit anemic in the mornings. I found juices with breakfast that did not seem very fresh. I had issues with the shower the water temperature continuously fluctuated.

constant noise physical key
the location was acceptable as i could walk to many places.
The room was smaller than anticipated for two individuals. it sat near the elevator so i heard constant noise. the room key was a physical key. Not a card. this felt antiquated for a hotel Claiming a four-star rating.
