poor lighting overcrowded breakfast
the location was pretty good with easy access to nearby attractions.
I found the room quite disappointing. It felt smaller than expected. the lighting was also poor. the breakfast area was overcrowded during peak hours. This made it hard to find a seat.

locked door chargeable tea
The staff were friendly and helpful , so I would stay there again.
I think my expectations were too high. I arrived late and found the door locked with nobody on reception. After some faffing , I gained access and received a code for the keys. Extra tea and coffee for the room were not replenished and were chargeable , so I bought drinks from a local shop. Breakfast was odd but edible.

A pleasant stay overall

room size quiet room helpful staff high expectations locked door no reception
Our room was a great size and nice and quiet. It was on the fourth floor. The hotel location was good in the Lesser District near the castle and cathedral. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I think my expectations were too high. I booked a package and paid extra for this hotel based on reviews. I arrived late and found the door locked with nobody at reception.

excellent stay near historical sites

ample space delicious breakfast
the junior suite offered ample space. the breakfast buffet was delicious with many choices. the staff was helpful and spoke english well. the location near the castle suited my needs.
Internet speed could be faster. Sometimes, i experienced minor delays. the hotel should improve the internet connection.
