charmed by the stay!
personal note helpful staff young artists easy access
i was charmed by the welcome note i found in my room, it felt personal. the staff was helpful and always smiling, they really enhanced my experience. i also appreciated the hotel supported young artists, displaying paintings available for purchase. the location was really convenient with easy access to transportation.
The only thing i can think of is that i wished my room faced away from the street. It was a little noisy.

The hotel offered a great location near the main train station. I timed it at just a short ten minute walk. it was also convenient to have the underground station only five minutes away. this made getting around the city easy.

The staff provided airport taxi arrangements, relieving me from needing to organize transportation upon arrival. they really smiled. during breakfast, i was able to listen to live piano music. It was an unforgettably great way to start the day.

my room included slippers, a nice touch for added comfort. the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room stood out, also the big windows provided ample light. the bathroom was quite big.

the breakfast offered MANY choices and the quality was excellent. my room, a superior double or twin room, had really nice toiletries. what A charm!
The internet access was unreliable. also, the street noise was a bit much. Especially with the police sirens. a bit LOUD.

The breakfast included a good choice of food. Staff members offered assistance with taxis and directions. The location provided easy access to the metro and train station. Our room had a functional layout and cleanliness was evident.

clean room well-sized bathroom rich buffet
The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-sized. it was quiet so i had good sleep. the bathroom was good, the water was ok. the breakfast buffet was very rich. It had many choices.
The hair dryers in the room malfunctioned. They only operated for 30 seconds at a time.

decent size good restaurant short walk hard bed loud banging disappointing food
the room was a decent size. the breakfast had a good restaurant. the location was a short walk to the main areas.
the bed was too hard for me. i could not get good sleep. loud banging and drilling woke me around 7 am. the hot food was very disappointing.
