Acceptable, but with Issues
shaking noises poor soundproofing
The breakfast had a decent variety of options to start the day.
The elevator was small. It also made unsettling shaking noises during operation.. I felt quite unsafe using it. The soundproofing was also lacking. I could clearly hear conversations in the corridor and nearby rooms.

the hotel location was convenient. a convenience store sat directly across the street. our room received an upgrade to a luxury suite. the free breakfast offered a variety of options.
the hotel only had one elevator. it felt tiny. it also shook during rides.

The breakfast had fresh food every morning, and henry always greeted me with a smile. the receptionist gabriel was helpful. He. the room had a comfy bed and netflix on the tv.
my room door didn't close correctly! this, and the room seemed not clean enough.

The room included classy, classic furniture and a double bed. It was very relaxing. the spacious bathroom features a bathtub with different shower head settings, which i appreciated. artwork adorned the walls and ceilings.

Excellent stay NEAR the bridge
amazing location great selection friendly staff
I appreciated the location. It sits just at the end of charles bridge. Breakfast offered a great selection and was delicious. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would HAPPILY return. It was a joy to stay there.
My only issue involved the room i had, it overlooked a busy, noisy street. The noise did IMPACT sleep quality. The bathroom was also quite small, less convenient.

arrogant tonality wasted hours
the location was amazzing. the staff was very friendly and helpful.
i had a very bad experience with the reception team. after i landed the airline forgot my baggage. i informed the reception about it, but the next day they denied receiving it with an arrogant tonality. after calling the airline, i was given a receipt stamped by the hotel, but the receptionist took an extra 2 hours to find it. i wasted more than 9 hours.
