a few issues .
early morning noise sewage smell
i had some issues . it lasted for several days. the bathroom also had a sewage smell. !! this was reported but not resolved .

bad toilet smell early maintenance
the location was acceptable , near tourist spots.
a bad toilet smell dominated the apartment , quite unfortunate. building maintenance started at 7am , quite disruptive. a musician practiced scales next door , it was repetitive and annoying.

spacious apartment good architecture coffee machine
I found the apartment spacious and architecturally good. the living space was big enough. the nespresso coffee machine was very handy. It made mornings easier!

clean apartment central location
the apartment was very spacious and clean. it was located near st nicholas church, with access to cafes and shops. espresso capsules were provided daily , which i found very useful. the location was also quiet , despite nearby bars and pubs.
i noticed a horrible smell from the kitchen. it seemed to originate from the ground floor. also, the ventilation system did not function well , , made the smell more noticeable.

great location and spacious unit
amazing location quiet hotel friendly receptionists
the location was amazing. it was very quiet and clean. receptionists were very friendly. i found the location perfect for walking. the hotel felt private.
the apartment smelled of sewage somewhat. furnishings were tired and need updating. the bathroom was not great. the smell was noticeable.
