EXCELLENT Stay in a Central Location
spacious room friendly staff excellent location
I was charmed by my spacious Family Room. It included a microwave, a fridge, and a boiler. It was very convenient. The staff was very friendly. They were really good. The location is the BEST. Everything was close by.
The walls seemed a LITTLE thin. I could hear some noise from other rooms.

The hotel is about five minutes walking distance from the old town square. There are several restaurants, bars, and supermarkets on the street. A shopping center is also very close who want to shop.

The staff at the reception was helpful with taxis and information. The ladies at breakfast were also very helpful and attentive. The cleaning staff kept everything super clean and were quite efficient.

The hotel offers limited parking spaces arriving by car. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. A bar is available in the lobby, offering a nice Czech Pilsen.

The breakfast buffet offered a rich and varied selection of items. It met all needs and provided a satisfying start to the day. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit options that were available.

the staff were polite and friendly .
the street was very noisy late into the night and this made it hard to sleep i wish there was better soundproofing or quieter guests i could hear noise from other tourists in the hallway also.

Charming Getaway
great location easy shopping really good value
The location superb. Two groceries located nearby made shopping easy. I walked to different meeting points for tours I booked. the value seemed really good for what I got.
The webpage shows parking but not the parking charge. The complimentary drink proves not useful. I could not sit at a bar with my kids.

The hotel had a bar stocked well in the reception. Prices there were fantastic, especially for a hotel. I saw this as a bonus to the stay.

The rooms was very clean, and I appreciated this. I liked the thoughtful touch with the welcome drink voucher I received. It makes guest feel cared for and happy.
