The hotel enjoys a prime location next to the charles bridge. Daily cleaning service was provided. This kept the room tidy. i found ample leaflets detailing attractions available around the area.
my room was quite small and some corners had accumulated dust. the carpeting looked old. i found the atmosphere in the dining room somewhat cold and unwelcoming, even stuffy.

The location was superb for exploring everything. the room had a nice historical atmosphere. I appreciated the hand-painted wooden beam ceiling. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions. the breakfast had a wide variety of options available each morning.
the morning delivery trucks were noisy, starting very early.

the breakfast buffet featured a full english selection, continental options, and fresh fruit. pancakes were also prepared fresh at the buffet. the hotel provided a generous breakfast service lasting four hours.

the reception staff was always available and ready to help with any questions. the staff were friendly, providing assistance with directions and local information. they arranged for transport to the airport as well.

Charming Stay Near the Charles Bridge
warm welcome easy access fresh fruit helpful staff
The reception staff offered a warm welcome, completing all paperwork promptly. Its closeness to the Charles Bridge provided great access to the city. Breakfast was a typical mix that included pastries, cereal, and fresh fruit. I found the front desk staff consistently helpful during my time here.
The pillows provided were unfortunately too large for my comfort.

great location quiet atmosphere
the location was fantastic, right by the charles bridge. breakfast had plenty of tasty options to choose from, a real treat! i really liked the room's quiet atmosphere. it was silent despite being so central.
the hotel had no elevator, carrying luggage up stairs. it was quite inconvenient for me with heavy bags.

the breakfast was good with a wide variety of options available. it was a fairly typical mix of cooked items, pastries, cereal, and fruit.
the room they gave me felt more like a supply closet than a guest room. the view was just a dirty wall and an air conditioner covered in bird droppings it seemed like a basement. it smelled musty.
