excellent tv good variety nearby centre
the location was great. the smart tv was excellent. breakfast included a good variety of options. the palladium shopping centre was nearby, and that helped.
the hotel's bar was permanently closed, quite sad to see.

excellent location tidy room fresh pastries available staff
the hotel location was excellent, i could walk to most main attractions. the room was tidy and cleaned daily, i found that helpful. breakfast offered enough variety, i especially liked the fresh pastries. the staff were also available and ready to help with directions.
the hallway carpets showed some wear, i noticed it .

the reception staff provided quick assistance with travel inquiries. they also helped me with luggage storage before my check-in time. i felt very welcome and supported by the team throughout my time here.

the breakfast buffet offered a tasty variety! andrea, the team leader, kept the buffet and restaurant very clean. kristina, the manager, found us a nice room that met our needs, i really appreciate that. the reception staff was personable and always ready to help with any questions.
the hotel lacks air conditioning in the standard rooms.

the hotel is pretty close to masarykovo nádraží and hlavní nádraží train stations. this proximity made transportation very easy and convenient for exploring nearby areas, it was advantageous. this location is great!!!

convenient location good breakfast old hotel stained carpet
i found the location to be quite convenient to train stations. the breakfast offered a good selection. i especially appreciated the gluten-free bread and soy milk at the buffet.
The hotel felt a little old. There was no air conditioning. the carpet in the room had stains. i found the cleanliness barely adequate.

i appreciated the location it made exploring easy the room had a comfortable bed and the breakfast offered various choices each morning housekeeping kept the room super clean daily providing fresh towels
