convenient location really good service beautiful decor
The location is convenient. It's easy to walk to many attractions. The staff provided really good service. They were always ready to assist. The Clementine room I stayed in had beautiful decor with great attention to detail (I especially liked the relaxing music from the in-room speaker!).

lacking drawer space disruptive noise
the location was acceptable because it was very close to many restaurants.
the room lacked adequate drawer space for clothing storage. also, the noise from outside was noticeable, disrupting sleep. music played late into the night. staff said they could only report it.

the staff was friendly and accommodating to my needs. the room was quiet, especially for being right in the heart of bustling covent garden.
the room i booked was small. there wasnt enough space to even step on the floor after we opened our luggage in the room. it seemed like i was in the attic.

comfortable room luxurious linen quiet environment
My room was clean as new. It was super comfortable and quiet. The room was large and well equipped. It included a sofa and minibar, comfy chairs, a coffee table, and a huge bed with luxurious linen.
The bathroom lacked a heater. This posed a problem.

The hotel had an elevator, very helpful with heavy suitcases. There is a stylish restaurant downstairs with a great little bar. These amenities significantly contributed to a convenient experience.
