solid stay near victoria
great location friendly staff comfy bed
the location is great. i was able to leave bags in the lobby ahead of check in. the staff was lovely. the room include a comfy bed.
the main door is always blocked by people eating downstairs for breakfast.

convenient location friendly staff luggage storage
the location is excellent, close to victoria station and a sainsbury's supermarket , which was very useful. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any questions i had. i appreciated the option to store luggage for a small daily fee because it made my travel much easier between short trips.
the room was a bit small , and this made moving around a little challenging.

small room broken tap
the reception girl was modern and clean. she was very friendly.
the room i got was so small , two adults could not move at the same time in it. the tv never worked despite highlighting this. the hot tap also did not work in the bathroom.

helpful staff train station comfortable bed
i found the staff friendly and helpful. the location is close to the train station and several restaurants. the refurbished shower room was good, and i appreciated the comfortable bed (i slept very well!).
the stairs were narrow, made carrying luggage a little difficult.

mold bedsheets uninterested staff
the location was convenient. everything was close by.
the room was terribly small. i found mold all over the bed sheets. the staff acted uninterested when i informed them about the mold, so that's NOT cool.

The location was convenient. It allowed quick access to transportation hubs. I also appreciated the availability of luggage storage after checkout. It let me explore the area unencumbered. The staff were friendly and helpful .
My room was quite small. It felt a bit cramped with my luggage. There was no air conditioning in my room. The stairs were narrow and difficult to navigate with heavy bags.
