Really good Stay, A Grateful Guest's Perspective

efficient receptionist great assistance

I found the staff genuinely cute and efficient. The luggage assistance and introduction to my room were seamless, which I appreciated. I valued the efficient help with travel directions and ticket printing. The receptionist provided great assistance.

I noticed the breakfast selection was a little limited. EVERYTHING else was fantastic, though.

The breakfast selection was GREAT with many options. I also utilized the on-site laundry. Having the option for self-service was convenient. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

The clock in my room was slow. This almost caused me to be late for checkout.

i found the rooms modern and well appointed with a fully equipped kitchenette. it included a spacious bathroom and ensured quietness. the reception staff were always friendly and cute which i certainly appreciated.

i noticed the clock on the wall was behind by an hour. this made me almost late for check out because my phone and watch were charging. it was somewhat inconvenient.

the hotel enjoys a quiet street location, enabling a restful sleep. it is central to many places of interest, a great advantage. trains and the underground are reachable with a short walk through a nearby park.

I found a few things a bit disappointing. the gym was smaller than i expected and had limited equipment. also, i wasn't too happy that slippers weren't provided automatically. I had to ask for them at reception. i feel such items should be standard.
