convenient and comfortable stay
helpful staff excellent food needed amenities
i found the staff helpful. food was excellent and reasonably priced. the room had all the amenities i needed. thank you for the lovely stay. i recommended it to my colleagues for future work trips.
i noticed that the room was a bit too warm for me. there was a ceiling fan. it provided a lot of relief though. i would go back again, .

constant traffic noise clogged shower drain
the staff offered a complimentary drink upon arrival.
The traffic noise was constant (i could hear sirens all night) due to the busy road it faces. also, the shower drain was clogged. Water pooled around my feet during my shower, pretty gross.

a romantic interlude
perfect location complimentary drink modern room
the location was perfect with just a short walk to covent garden. i was greeted with a complimentary drink upon arrival. the room felt lovely, modern, and clean. complimentary water was also in the fridge, a sweet touch.
the room was a bit too warm for me, but the ceiling fan provided some relief. it did the trick.

the room was super clean, offering a cute and comfortable space. the room was large and fully modern. big windows allowed natural light to flood in.

traffic noise empty minibar
The welcome drink was a nice touch, very much appreciated after a long journey.
The room I had faced a busy street. There was noticeable traffic noise throughout the night, hard to sleep well. The minibar was also empty. I expected at least some water.
