The staff was professional. Ali, the doorman, was cute.. I felt at home. The room was clean. The blackout curtains allowed me to sleep well.
The radiator in the bathroom was left on high. I could not turn it off myself. Water flowed out from the shower. The breakfast had a strong chemical smell.

The location was acceptable. It allowed easy access to many attractions.
My room was not properly cleaned one day. the bins were not emptied and the toiletries were not replaced. it was frustrating since i expected a higher standard for the price i paid. It really soured my experience.

the doorman, ali, was very helpful. he assisted with luggage and managed car arrangements during a busy period (elevator wait times were long).
i had to pay for an upgraded room, it was a disappointment. it felt unnecessary to incur this extra cost after planning ahead.
