awesome gem!
amazing staff cute shops clean room antique details
i loved how close i was to soho with all the food options just a short walk away! cute shops and coffee shops were right outside the front door. the staff was super amazing and always ready to help. the room was so clean and i loved the cute antique details it felt very unique.
The google maps location wasn't super precise. It took me a little bit to find it right at the corner of those small streets, but i got there eventually

the breakfast offered a wide selection of individual mini pastries, muffins, cereals, and fresh fruit. excellent lavazza coffee was also available, alongside a hot, freshly prepared spanish omelette. i particularly enjoyed the delicate chorizo sausages

Really good Service and Great Location
attentive staff excellent team familiar faces excellent service
The staff was AMAZING!!! They were consistently attentive and responsive to my needs. I especially appreciated the stability of the staff. Seeing familiar faces. Irene and her restaurant team were thoughtful and discreet. They connected with each guest individually. I found the reservations team to be excellent.
The hotel rooms are a little old-fashioned. My room did not have a shower, only a bath. the air conditioning was a little noisy.

The hotel enjoys a very good location. It is situated a short walk north of Oxford Street. The neighborhood is quiet. Some good restaurants are nearby. there are many cute shops and coffee shops just outside the front door.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The staff on reception was cute and friendly. They seem genuinely committed to meeting guests' needs. They were amazing and accommodating. Little touches included offering coffee while I waited.

The breakfast was nice enough. There was a super fresh breakfast with fruit, bread and juices. I liked the attention to detail and genuine care shown by the dining staff. They were thoughtful and discreet.

The rooms were clean and well equipped. The room had cute antique touches. It included a separate bathroom. There were good pillows in the room. there was a new ventilation system in place for fresh air.

fantastic central location
friendly staff great space fast internet
the staff was friendly and very helpful. i used the lobby often for work, i found it to be a great space. fast internet access and good coffee were available. breakfast was also very good.
the google maps location was not accurate , it was hard to locate the hotel. the hotel is actually situated at the corner of two small streets. clearer directions or a more precise location on the map would improve the experience .

the hotel entrance is very nice and cosy , it gave a warm welcome. the hotel provided a comfortable and well-kept environment . it had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

the rooms have been nicely refurbished , i found them to be comfortable. there WAS ample space for luggage and other belongings. the layout of the room was well-planned , maximizing the available space.

breakfast offered a nice selection , i especially enjoyed the spanish touches. the staff in the breakfast room were very attentive. the food selection was amazing , SOME items even baked on the premises.

Wonderful stay!
convenient location excellent decor custom frame amazing food
I found the location convenient. It was close to many restaurants and shops. The remodeled room featured excellent decor and attention to detail. The television was mounted on a custom iron frame. I also took advantage of the continental breakfastwith amazing food and baked items.
I encountered one very minor issue. My room was directly above street level. Noise travelled easily at night.

The breakfast buffet featured various items, even those baked on the premises. I appreciated the variety. The staff was ever so ready to make our breakfast nice! I loved their attentiveness, and the prompt service they provided.
