I found the staff to be friendly and helpful . they assisted me with directions to nearby attractions. the hotel is in a convenient location near local landmarks. Buckingham palace is only a short walk away. i also appreciated the proximity to various restaurants. I thought Stone & Grill was particularly good.
the hallways felt a little narrow, making it slightly difficult to maneuver with luggage.

The location was convenient, just a short walk to Victoria Station! Plenty of restaurants were nearby. I really appreciated that the staff were friendly and helpful. The room size was good, better than I thought it would be.
