The location is near transport links, including a short walk to the 24-hour bus stop. Pimlico underground station is also a convenient five-minute walk. The included breakfast had a good choice of items. Staff were very helpful and polite .

The carpets had stains in the room, but I understand they plan to replace them soon

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to Victoria Station. It was an easy walk to catch a show (I attended Wicked!). The staff was very friendly, especially Rima, who made breakfast a treat. Luggage storage was available after checkout, allowing me to explore more. The bus stop right outside the hotel, (the 24!).

The lack of a refrigerator in the room was a minor inconvenience.

I had an unexpected upgrade. I received a room with three beds instead of a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed. the staff were cute, friendly, and helpful . i found the location perfect as i needed to be near chelsea and close to victoria station for my train.

the smallest hotel room i've ever seen. i left before unpacking because there was no place to put anything. the manager was unhelpful and refused to refund my points.

The hotel's location near public transport was convenient. Breakfast was acceptable, although the area felt a bit cramped. I found a couple of issues . Our room lacked proper soundproofing, so street noise was quite bothersome at night. the in-room safe malfunctioned. I reported this, yet it wasn't fixed . This caused some inconvenience, as I had to carry my valuables around.
