The staff were friendly and helpful! The location was also superb, near many restaurants. I really enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel, it felt very cute. The proximity to public transport made exploring the city easy.
The room was somewhat small, a bit challenging for unpacking. I would have loved a little more space to move around freely.

the room included tea and coffee making supplies. the front desk reception staff seemed very good to me. i found them helpful. breakfast is served in a spacious lower level room and set up buffet style.

I was welcomed by a super clean and stylish standard double room, it had all the amenities i needed! staff were always quick to help, really awesome. the location was great. Victoria station was super close! breakfast had tons of options, so i was very satisfied.
