I found room sizes particularly small. I believe I reserved King Guest Room. I also noted the absence of readily available coffee sachets in the room. This omission seemed strange given the kettle was provided. I expect better.

My room provided ample space with meticulous decoration. It was clean. Breakfast proceeded smoothly without the usual hotel bustle. Staff members displayed consistent friendliness . I received a drink voucher as a Diamond member. The bar offered a good atmosphere.
The complimentary soaps in the shower did not function properly. This detail felt subpar for a hotel of this standard.

The breakfast buffet offered a splendid selection and custom eggs made to order. Constantine seemed integral to the smooth operation of the dining service. The food tasted delicious. The staff were attentive.
