The room had everything I needed. I really appreciate that the air conditioning worked great during a very hot weekend. It was so convenient to have a supermarket just across the street in case I forgot something.

the location was convenient, near a tube station and some restaurants.

The room was not properly cleaned, and i found old watermarks in the bathroom. It looked quite bad. the kitchen unit was also broken and almost fell on me when i opened it. This was a safety hazard. there was a smell of cannabis coming from outside. It lingered in the room.

The location is near Waterloo Station. I found it provided immediate access to many restaurants and bars. The room featured good kitchen equipment. I appreciated the utensils to warm food. A dishwasher was available for use. The bathroom had all necessary items, along with a good shower.

The train tracks are very close by. It made the room quite noisy.

i found the location amazing, close to the eye and station. a big light window also helped. i also really liked that there was a handy kitchenette.

the shower leaked, and the water came up the hallway tiles. the water issue felt a bit nasty.

the hotel's dining area includes several tables with comfortable chairs, perfect to enjoy your meal. i saw clean utensils and dishware, so that was very good. menus are visible, posted on the wall near the entrance.
