amazing stay!
quiet room comfortable room easy tram quiet street
the location was fantastic for exploring. i stayed in the regent room. it was supremely quiet and very comfortable. the tram ride to and from the airport was easy. the westend tram stop is only a two minute walk away! the street is so quiet. i loved that.
The bathroom sink was a bit tiny, i think, although it didn't really bother me that much. Still, i thought it worth mentioning.

the manor room had very crisp sheets, i can tell you that. the room itself was spacious and nicely decorated. the bed was a bit hard for my liking, it's true, but i loved the virtual check-in process

the hotel is wonderful! transportation is convenient to get everywhere i wanted to go. the people attending to the rooms are super nice. i can see myself staying here again in the future.

Each room has its own amenities, very convenient. the facilities are updated and nicely furnished. i would have really loved a mini-fridge. it's still super nice otherwise. the tea cups were super gorgeous too!

the location is amazing and within close walking distance to everything. there is a bus stop near the townhouse. this makes it easy to get around and back to the airport quickly. i really liked that!

excellent hotel with wonderful amenities
keyless system good information easy access
i appreciated the keyless check-in and door system. i received all required information beforehand. i was able to easily access the hotel. it would be good to have the wifi information near the entrance.. i had no good cell reception inside, so i had to go outside to read the email with my room number.
i was a bit disappointed in the room size. i booked the room. the size was smaller than expected.

A clothes steamer is provided. This was useful as there is no closet. friendly, proactive staff come into the building each day. they restock the pantry closet on each floor. i appreciated being able to get extra coffee, tea, biscuits etc.

the very comfortable bed was king-size. toiletry products were wonderful and high quality. the bathroom is tight but well laid out. it features good water pressure.

i did not stay long enough to review staff. someone was kind enough to let us in and give us earlier access. this was much appreciated. the staff was always responsive when i asked a question online.

absent staff impersonal app
The location was quite convenient to a tram stop. It made getting around (without a car) pretty easy.
I was disappointed to find no staff present at the hotel. Checking in through an app felt impersonal, and it took away from the experience. The lack of on-site personnel made it seem more like a self-service setup than a proper hotel.

the room had capsule coffee machine with capsules. tea and milk were available. the hotel provided a stylish shopping bag with the hotel's name as a gift. the bed was large and comfortable.

useful steamer simple process available umbrellas
the room included a steamer and hairdryer. the check-in process looked simple. umbrellas were available for guest use. it was all very organized.
The stairs were steep. If i were on the top floor, i would be aware.
