Sagrada Familia Views Steal Show!

The location was tops! Just a short hop to the Sagrada Familia. I had a room showed off the Sagrada Familia view, unreal. Breakfast had tasty selections.
The room shared a wall with the lift mechanism. The noise made sleep tough. I really needed quiet.

Acceptable stay with some issues
lack of air conditioning security lapse
The location was good for visiting the basilica, which i considered acceptable.
The air conditioning was switched off (during winter, of course), so the room felt stuffy and too warm. I also found it unsettling that housekeeping forgot to close my door. I returned to find it ajar. Luckily, nothing was missing, but it was a concerning lapse in security.

metro access terrace view kind staff
the location was wonderful, right next to the metro, easing access to main attractions. i booked a superior double room Terrace view, the view was amazing. the staff was kind and always AVAILABLE to help with anything.
the noise isolation was non-existent, I could hear everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms, disturbing SLEEP and relaxation.

the staff was friendly and efficient, they addressed requests promptly. check-in was smooth, and there was always someone at the desk to assist with directions or recommendations.

Fantastic Stay with a View!
helpful staff very nice view
The staff was very helpful during check-in! I appreciated the time they spent showing me how to use public transport. The views from the room of the Sagrada Familia were very nice. The room was also very clean and enjoyable, I found it a plus.
I noticed some noise from the street through the bedroom windows. The noise made it difficult to sleep peacefully at times. I recommend earplugs.

The room had comfortable beds and offered good views. It also included fresh towels and a bed made every day, which I loved. The bathroom was spacious and very clean, with a rainfall shower.

The front desk attendants were nice, professional, and super helpful. They spoke English well and were always ready to assist with any questions. They also let me check in much earlier than the regular check-in time, so I felt grateful.

excellent hotel experience
i found the location excellent and within walking distance from the sagrada familia. there were also several good restaurants nearby. the staff was helpful, as they let us check into the room much earlier than the regular check-in time. arranging a taxi for the airport the following day was smooth and efficient.
The air-conditioners were turned off during the winter season, so the temperature in my room reached 25 c. it was too hot to sleep, even with the window open. The street was noisy. this made sleeping difficult due to the heat and lack of ventilation.
