woohoo! a fab stay!
helpful staff great location clean room
i gotta say, the staff was super helpful, especially luis at the front desk, he always smiled! the location rocks, so many restaurants nearby. easy access to the metro, which i totally used. the rooms were really clean, i mean, super clean, even had soaps and toothbrushes in the bathroom which i find amazing.
ok, so the soundproofing wasn't the best, like, i could hear everything, people in the stairwell and even trains outside, a bit tough to sleep soundly.

plenty of restaurants surround the hotel, you can find a great pizza place right next door for late night cravings or a quick bite, so you have a lot choices for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

my design room featured air-con. a mini bar which came in handy, expect the comfort of having soaps, a shower cap, and toothbrushes provided in the bathroom, and the room was very spacious.

the hotel had free wifi, which i always appreciate, front desk super nice team with everything, like finding plugs for me and answering all my questions, anything i needed, they sorted it out quickly.

the hotel location is right in the middle of the city, you will get easy access to main attractions using the metro and bus stops nearby, and i could walk to tourist areas, like las ramblas, in about 25 minutes.

a reasonable stay
great location friendly staff clean room limited breakfast poor soundproofing weak air conditioning
the location was pretty great. i found it only a short walk from the metro.. that was super convenient. the staff were really friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. the room was clean, it had everything i needed.
the breakfast was a little underwhelming. there wasn't a huge amount of choice, to be honest. the soundproofing wasn't fantastic, i could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway. the air conditioning felt quite weak and it didn't cool the room down effectively.

easy access many options window insulation bed quality
the location allowed easy access to many points of interest. many dining options were nearby it was safe to walk at night since the street was busy.
the bed and pillows lacked some comfort i found this slightly disappointing. there was some noise due to poor window insulation.

poor soundproofing missing slippers
Breakfast was quite nice and the staff were hospitable.
The soundproofing was poor. I could clearly hear the clients in the room above flushing their toilet. This disturbance impacted the quality of my stay. Bathroom slippers were absent.

constant street noise limited breakfast
The street noise was a problem, even on an upper floor. Traffic sounds and honking were constant. The breakfast selection lacked variety considering the cost. I expected better soundproofing and a more diverse breakfast spread.
