Breakfast was quite nice and the staff were hospitable.
The soundproofing was poor. I could clearly hear the clients in the room above flushing their toilet. This disturbance impacted the quality of my stay. Bathroom slippers were absent.

The street noise was a problem, even on an upper floor. Traffic sounds and honking were constant. The breakfast selection lacked variety considering the cost. I expected better soundproofing and a more diverse breakfast spread.
