the staff members were really helpful . they provided assistance with directions and local recommendations. the location was central making it easy to walk to many attractions. fresh water was available throughout the day.
the street outside was noisy, i could hear sounds late into the night. this affected sleep quality a little. blackout curtains could resolve this issue. earplugs helped somewhat

The bed in my room was uncomfortably hard. street noise was also a significant issue. I could clearly hear everything happening outside late into the night. this made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. i also found the lack of soundproofing to be quite frustrating..

the location IS great if you want to be near nightlife AND restaurants. the rooms were CLEAN and well-kept. breakfast was simple but sufficient for a good START.
the receptionist WAS unhelpful at check-in. he did not offer assistance with wifi PASSWORDS.

the staff was consistently helpful and accommodating i appreciated the complimentary breakfast provided each morning the hotel's central location provided easy access to numerous attractions i found the cleanliness of both the room and the bathroom to be really good. i could explore the city easily. i would come back again.
i found that some noise from the street was noticeable at times. this was a minor issue overall though.
