Mixed Experience at this Hotel
limited hot options proper soundproofing
I found some aspects disappointing. The room lacked proper soundproofing (i could hear street noise), which affected sleep quality. the breakfast buffet had limited hot options. I did not find enough variety for a longer stay (i stayed for five days).

Mixed Experience, Some Issues Noticed
firm mattress impolite staff
The mattress was unusually firm, and it wasn't the most comfortable. I also found the room lighting quite inconvenient. There was only one switch for all the lights, and no dimmer options were available. The restaurant staff seemed somewhat impolite, which detracted from the dining experience. Finally, I requested a king bed, but I received two small beds with wheels (this made for an uneasy night's sleep).

friendly staff early room delicious breakfast small bathroom absent ventilator noisy room
The staff was friendly and helpful. They had one of our rooms ready early in the morning, a thoughtful touch. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at their restaurant while waiting.
The bathroom was small with no ventilator. It got very moist after a shower. The front desk was not available 24 hours. I called a few times without answers. The room was noisy. I could hear footsteps from upstairs and neighbors, even late at night.
