underwhelming stay downtown
poor soundproofing limited channels
the tv selection was rubbish, i'm sorry to say. they barely have any european channels and loads of them are locked. also, the room was not very soundproof and i could hear everything going on in the hallway at all hours. it wasn't awful, but it made it difficult to relax after a long day of sightseeing, you know?

wow, amazing stay!
fast communication comfy beds
communication before my arrival was super fast. the manager addressed all my needs. the room had its own deck! the bathroom was large and clean. i found the daily room servicing a nice perk and the beds were comfy.

Breakfast includes a variety of sandwiches with ham and cheese. options to make your own. I loved the fresh orange juice served at the table. bubbly and wine are available, and the lobby has refreshing water, like lemonade, each afternoon.

The glass-walled elevator didn't make me anxious. there's also complimentary wine, cola, and chocolate! staff left treats on the bed when i came back from dinner. It was candy, lip balm and lavender scented pillow spray. A really sweet touch, i must say.

a romantic retreat in the heart of it all
wonderful location varied breakfast warm smile clean room
The hotel location was wonderful, very close to many attractions i wanted to see. the breakfast spread was a lovely start to each day. It had varied choices. the staff was always attentive, greeting me with warm smiles, this definitely enhanced my stay. i greatly appreciated how clean and well kept the rooms were. It.
i noticed the minibar wasn't refilled . it was a small detail, but i did expect it to be restocked daily.

breakfast had a wide selection and it also included hot dishes to order, this meant a personalized experience, it felt special! the breakfast room was always well-attended, and the staff was very responsive, very nice.

My room was very clean upon arrival. The decor felt modern, very delicate. the bed was comfortable, and the linens felt very soft, very good. i appreciated the attention to detail like the fresh flowers i saw.

central location smart interior small room unrestocked mini bar
the location was very convenient. i appreciated being close to attractions (it was just north of plaça de catalunya). the interior design looked smart too.
the room i stayed in felt quite small. the complimentary mini bar was not restocked (this happened across three nights).

Excellent stay at a well-located hotel
great location helpful staff attentive service
I was pleased with the central location. It was easy to access transit. the front desk staff helped with directions. i also found the complimentary lemonade in the lobby quite refreshing.. i appreciated the attentive service from the breakfast staff too.
the variety of european channels available on the television was somewhat limited.
