central gem with a convenient location
convenient location wonderful view good value
the location was excellent, right in the gothic quarter. my room offered a wonderful street view. the room had great space for my needs. i appreciated the value for money.
the cleaning service missed some spots. i noticed the sink and mirror weren't cleaned well. this is an area i think could use some attention.

the air conditioning worked very well and was easy to control. there were shops and restaurants very close to the building. i also found that the metro station was nearby.

john and carmen were very helpful and pleasant staff members!!! they provided great assistance. the staff was available even before check-in time. i found them to be responsive, made my arrival smoother.

the hotel had no dining facilities itself, however, several bars and restaurants surround the premises. this gives a range of different options. it was easy to grab something to eat nearby at any time.

The staff were really good, always ready to assist. i appreciated the room size. It felt adequate and comfortable. it was clean, a detail i value highly. the location was ideal, close to many key attractions.
The noise levels were noticeable at times. I could hear sounds from adjacent rooms.

great stay in central location
central location efficient air conditioning daily room cleaning
the hotel is really central. The twin room included a balcony, THAT was a very good surprise. Although the hotel sits near a main street, it remained quiet. the air CONDITIONING worked really efficiently, and daily room cleaning was done.

The room was spacious, and it had a small refrigerator for keeping drinks cold. A television was installed with many cable channels. The beds and pillows where quite comfortable.

the hotel included a lift, made access easier. Staff arranged luggage storage, which helped a lot after checkout. There are vending machines with snacks and drinks in the lobby area on ground floor.
