The staff were really good, always ready to assist. i appreciated the room size. It felt adequate and comfortable. it was clean, a detail i value highly. the location was ideal, close to many key attractions.
The noise levels were noticeable at times. I could hear sounds from adjacent rooms.

the hotel is really central. The twin room included a balcony, THAT was a very good surprise. Although the hotel sits near a main street, it remained quiet. the air CONDITIONING worked really efficiently, and daily room cleaning was done.

The room was spacious, and it had a small refrigerator for keeping drinks cold. A television was installed with many cable channels. The beds and pillows where quite comfortable.

Staff arranged luggage storage, which helped a lot after checkout. There are vending machines with snacks and drinks in the lobby area on ground floor.
