I liked the helpfulness of the reception. they stored my luggage securely. it was useful when i left something after checkout. the complimentary bottle of wine was a treat. also the lindt chocolates were a lovely touch. I really appreciated them.
the walls seemed very thin. i could hear plumbing noises from other rooms. it sounded like rain when someone used the shower nearby. this made sleeping a little difficult at times.

the front desk was available 24 hours. this was useful because my flight arrived late. there was also a concessions area. i could buy drinks and snacks at reasonable prices there, convenient.

the location was convenient to a metro station. there were bus stops close by as well. the area safety was good even late at night, and i walked without concern. many restaurants were on passeig de st joan.

The 24-hour front desk was helpful as I arrived late due to flight delays. My room had complimentary water, tea, and coffee.
The room was not great. The minibar fridge did not cool at all. I also found a lot of hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower.

a blissful haven of serenity

I enjoyed that complimentary bottle of local wine. It added a special touch. the spacious room provided ample space to relax and unwind. It was like a true escape. i especially loved that the staff was friendly and always ready to help! the modern facilities added to the experience.
The sound insulation was unfortunately lacking, and i could hear noise from other rooms. It sometimes disrupted the peace all around.

The hotel offered convenient access to many local attractions. It was approximately a 3-4 minute walk to the closest metro and bus stop. several food options were available nearby! a supermarket was also conveniently located downstairs.

The staff was warm and accommodating, always smiling, and were gracious, and were great. The front desk was staffed 24 hours. the room was very clean. The cleaning service was performed daily, and it ensured a pleasant experience.
