Central Location and Amazing Staff!

The location was excellent. I could walk to many attractions! The staff was wonderful and always ready to assist with any questions I had. They provided excellent service. My room on the 6th floor faced a beautiful Basilica. The view was amazing and definitely a plus. I liked that I could return to the room anytime for a rest!

The AC did not work effectively. The room became too warm for comfortable sleep! I requested assistance from reception, but no engineer came to inspect the issue. I had to leave the balcony door open for fresh air, but outside noise kept me awake all three nights. The thermostat did not function!
