I appreciated the convenient location near many attractions. the room was nice and neat. the staff were helpful and friendly, especially when i needed assistance with directions. i also found the breakfast to be superb. It offered various choices.

The street noise was noticeable at night, impacting sleep quality. I recommend better soundproofing.

the hotel is in the gothic quarter close to many tourist spots. i loved that public transport links are nearby, including bus and metro. the area felt safe to walk around. there are numerous shops and restaurants close to the hotel.

Central Location and Amazing Staff!

central location excellent service

The location was excellent. I could walk to many attractions! The staff was wonderful and always ready to assist with any questions I had. They provided excellent service. My room on the 6th floor faced a beautiful Basilica. The view was amazing and definitely a plus. I liked that I could return to the room anytime for a rest!

The AC did not work effectively. The room became too warm for comfortable sleep! I requested assistance from reception, but no engineer came to inspect the issue. I had to leave the balcony door open for fresh air, but outside noise kept me awake all three nights. The thermostat did not function!

The breakfast buffet featured bubbles, coffee, an English breakfast, pastries, cheese, and meat. At €16, it's an amazing value! The service in the breakfast area was excellent, the staff was friendly and very helpful.

The hotel offers air conditioning and heating systems. I found them very useful. Housekeeping was also great. The room design had an appreciable design. I found it clean and well kept during my entire stay.

The hotel's location is near the Gothic Quarter. Most sightseeing locations are within walking distance. Many restaurants and sights are nearby! The location was perfect, though the parking was expensive.

the staff provided a helpful map upon check in. they arranged a taxi for me and also notified me of its arrival. the room was spacious and very clean. the shower worked very well
