My room included two separate sinks. The rainfall shower was a treat. I appreciated the high-quality toiletries provided (they smelled amazing!).
The air conditioning wasn't available (it was March), but it would have helped because the room was a bit too warm at night.

the buffet breakfast offered a delicious selection of kitchen-prepared items.
my room was not ready when i arrived. i was not offered welcome drinks or an apology. staff did not assist with luggage even once the room was finally available.

the hotel location proved really good i found it near the park. the rooftop terrace offered fine city views i treasured. the gym featured modern equipment i used daily for exercise. the breakfast buffet included fresh local produce i enjoyed.
one minor inconvenience involved a slight delay when requesting extra towels it happened once.
