separate sinks rainfall shower high-quality toiletries
My room included two separate sinks. The rainfall shower was a treat. I appreciated the high-quality toiletries provided (they smelled amazing!).
The air conditioning wasn't available (it was March), but it would have helped because the room was a bit too warm at night.

lack of apology no luggage assistance
the buffet breakfast offered a delicious selection of kitchen-prepared items.
my room was not ready when i arrived. i was not offered welcome drinks or an apology. staff did not assist with luggage even once the room was finally available.

really good location fine view modern equipment fresh produce
the hotel location proved really good i found it near the park. the rooftop terrace offered fine city views i treasured. the gym featured modern equipment i used daily for exercise. the breakfast buffet included fresh local produce i enjoyed.
one minor inconvenience involved a slight delay when requesting extra towels it happened once.

the front desk staff provided prompt assistance i appreciated their help. the bartenders mixed unique cocktails i found good. room service delivered quickly it was efficient.
